UX Researcher & Designer Building AI-Powered Tools

Currently at RV0 Health, I lead research and design for UHC's Medicare enrollment experiences, running studies, launching new features, and building AI tools that streamline how teams work.

Previously, I led user research for Google's workplace intelligence tools, shaping how teams plan and deliver workspaces.

This year, I've built three production apps, blending research, design, and development to close the gap between insight and action.

About

I'm a UX researcher and designer who believes the best way to understand how things should work is to build them yourself. Over the past few years, I've led research at companies like Google and RVO Health, where I've run dozens of studies that have shaped products used by millions of people.

But I've also spent a lot of time building things—writing code, designing interfaces, and shipping products that people actually use. I think this combination of research and development gives me a unique perspective on what makes products work and what doesn't.

Currently, I'm focused on making AI tools that actually help researchers do their jobs better. I'm building UX Research Copilot, a tool that uses GPT-4 to help researchers synthesize their findings faster and more effectively. I'm also working on AEC Hub, a platform for architecture and construction professionals, and Reno AI, an iOS app that helps people redesign their spaces using computer vision.

I'm always interested in talking to people who are building things, thinking about how AI can make complex work more human, or just want to chat about research, design, or development. Feel free to reach out.

I'm interested in problems at the intersection of research, design, and technology. Whether you need someone to uncover user needs, design better experiences, or build tools that scale human insight—let's talk.
